Elegant Blinds Inc. provides a broad array of window coverings of utmost quality, reasonable prices, and comprehensive warranty service. We strive for perfection in our products and work hard to ensure satisfaction of consumers.

All personal information such as name, mailing and/or billing address, phone numbers, credit card etc. will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.

Orders could be placed on our website Elegant Blinds Inc. or by phone (832)-453-9999. Name, mailing address, billing address (if different), and credit card are needed to place an order.

Several forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks in advance are accepted, but order processing will be delayed. COD orders are not available.

Online orders are processed securely with full protection given to all data collected. If choosing not to submit personal and/or credit card information online, other options are available: by telephone (832)-453-9999, fax (281-890-3335).

For your convenience, we offer instructions on our website "How to Measure" on how to measure your window. We also provide answers to many questions you may have regarding how to measure by phone: (832)-453-9999 or fax: 281-890-3335. Our products are custom made per your specified measurements; therefore, return will not be accepted. If our products are under our products warranty issue, we will repair or remake to satisfy your needs. After two days from receiving your confirmation email, your order(s) cannot be cancelled and changes are accepted with additional costs according to the changes.

Color options are displayed on our website for convenient viewing. These colors are close representation of actual color. Due to differences in viewers’ computer monitor and other settings, displayed colors cannot be 100% exact. Color is guaranteed only if samples are ordered prior to actual order placement. Samples are rendered on a no change premise. Real wood colors can differ slightly due to innate variances in wood. Stained colors can differ due to mode at which grain accepts color. Dye lots differ; it is recommended that orders be placed at same time if requesting real wood blinds in natural wood finishes.

Normal in house production time is 4 to 7 business days. Production times may vary if multiple product types are ordered.

Free shipping nationwide except to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be applied according to the current market price.
An $85 US Dollars will be added to the order for each item that its width 84" or larger.

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If damage is noticed or suspected, you may do one of the following: Refuse the delivery, have the product inspected, or accept the delivery with a signature and written statement on the freight bill depicting the damage. If concealed damage is detected, please save all packing materials. Please contact our customer service (832)-453-9999, Fax ( 281-890-3335) for further instructions on handling damage shipments.

Our products will be warranted by our manufacturer and shall be granted to original purchaser only. Warranty will not be covered for merchandises damaged by abused, accidents, or other types of misuse.
